Directory Search

1. Quick Search
Enter either a country, location name, address or postcode/zip into the quick search text input area and then click the search option.

2. Advanced Search
Within the advanced search you may select up to 4 items of information to search for hotspot locations with, these include:

• Venue Name
• Town or City
• Country
• Type of venue

3. Map Search
Countries that have hotspot locations are always marked in green. To locate hotspots click directly on the map in your required area.

4. Set Service Provider
You may select which WBA member that you would like to see hotspot location information for by choosing from the drop down menu.

5. My Recent Searches
As you make searches for hotspot locations the last 10 searches are stored so that you may quickly and easily return to them. To do this click on the green result text.

High Level Map

1. Map Results
To view detailed information for single hotspot locations click on a 'single hotspot location' marker or alternatively to access lower map levels click on a 'multiple hotspot locations' marker.

2. Map Marker Key
Single and multiple hotspot locations are displayed on the map as per the marker key.

3. Text Results
Results relevant to the map display are shown in a table within the bottom section of the page. To view the detailed information for a hotspot location simply click on the site name.

Site Details

1. General Location and Service Information
General information can be viewed for each hotspot location by selecting the tabs on the information bubble.

2. Detailed Service and Site Information
More detailed information is available by clicking the 'Service' and 'Site Information' options.

3. List Nearby Sites
Additional hotspot locations that are available near to the current hotspot location can be viewed by clicking the 'List Nearby Sites' option.

4. Add to Favourites
If you wish to add a hotspot location to your favourites list, simply click the 'Add to Favourites' option. Once you have added a hotspot location it is instantly available within the 'My Directory' area.

5. Operator Info
To find out more information on the site operator simply click the 'Operator Info' option.

6. Buy Pre-Pay Vouchers or Subscriptions
If a WBA member offers either pre-pay vouchers or subscription services, then the buy options are displayed at the bottom of the 'Service Information' page.

My Directory

1. Set Service Provider
You may select which WBA member that you would like to see hotspot location information for by choosing from the drop down menu.

2. Newsletter Registration
To register to receive the WBA newsletter please follow the below steps:

• Step A: Enter your name, current email address and home country into the relevant text input areas, before clicking the 'Register' option.
• Step B: Enter the graphic code that is displayed on the page into the text input area, and then click the 'Continue' option.
  Please note: If you are unable to read the graphic code, then please click the 'I can not read the text' option, which will display an alternative version.
• Step C: Once step b has been completed successfully, confirmation of your registration will be displayed and emailed to you. The email that is sent to you will again confirm your registration and also include information on how to unsubscribe from receiving the WBA newsletter.

3. Newsletter Unsubscribe
To unsubscribe from receiving the WBA newsletter please follow the below steps:

• Step A: To begin the unsubscribe process please select the 'Click here to unsubscribe' option.
• Step B: Enter the email which you originally registered with, and for which you wish to unsubscribe.
• Step C: Once you have successfully completed step b, an email will be sent to the email address that you have entered. Within this email you will be given final information for completing the unsubscription process.

4. My Favourites
Any hotspot locations that you have added as your favourite will be displayed within the 'My Favourites' area. Please note that you may have a maximum of 10 favourites at a time on a rolling basis.

5. My Recent Searches
As you make searches for hotspot locations the last 10 searches are stored so that you may quickly and easily return to them. To do this click on the green result text.
